                EXCLUSIVELY 21 OR OLDER RV PARK

 

Over the many years in business here, guests have expressed their wishes for an adult only - 21 or older - no children - park.  Many people are looking to relax & have a vacation away from their children & grandchildren.  Fredericksburg & our park are the place!

 

The Fredericksburg area is like an adult playground & more suited for adults with its shopping, museums, breweries, wineries & festivals.  We’ve seen this trend in our area & in our park for years.

 

The franchise we left on June 1, 2021 would not allow us to decline children.  Since we no longer have anyone but us setting our policies & after many incidents involving children’s safety, we have decided to make this change. (INCLUDING all registered guests & their visitors.) We believe most will be very pleased with our surroundings & can certainly choose an alternate park when in the area with their children.
